Shipping policy

In-stock items ship in the order they’ve been received (after passing QC check) from Ai-Rides and Partner warehouses located in New York, California, Oregon, Washington, Arizona, and Canada. Some items have a lead time of 1-2 weeks, as orders need to be processed and QC must be performed. Back order or pre-order items will ship as soon as they arrive and are prepared for shipping. Only items without batteries installed are eligible for air-shipping at the expense of the customer. All other shipments will be sent via ground transportation.

If you would like to cancel your order, a transaction fee of 3.5% is held non-refundable as the sales platform does not refund these fees.

 

If your order has already been shipped there will be a 10% restocking fee for unused, undamaged return of product. 

We do not cover import fees.
